For Valentine's Day, Chef François Perret has created a romantic version of his famous Ritz au Lait, inspired by the love apple.

The Elegance of white chocolate and the flavours of childhood
Under a white chocolate shell, a vanilla rice pudding is unveiled, in which pieces of raw and cooked apples are mixed and topped with a gourmet caramel, topping a delicate almond shortbread.
