For security reasons, we do not have access to our customers’ passwords. At any time, you can reset your password by clicking on ‘Forgotten password’ in the ‘My Account’ section.
We have 5 tables available for you to take a quick break, with no table service. We do not take bookings. For a booking and table service, we invite you to make a booking at Salon Proust, at the Ritz Paris, by calling +33 (0)1 43 16 33 74.
You can place a click & collect order on our website at any time, in any one of the 3 following ways:
- Log in with your user name and password to order via your ‘Customer Account’;
- Order as a ‘Guest’, without creating a ‘Customer Account’;
- Order by creating a ‘Customer Account’.
We do not take orders by telephone or via the contact form.
For any order placed by 5 pm, it will be available in the shop the next day at the earliest, during the shop opening times.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the time, the date and the shop’s address. Our address is 38 Rue Cambon 75001 Paris.
Orders can be picked up from 8 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
No, you must place two separate orders for the desired dates. Two confirmation emails will be sent to you in order to confirm your two orders.
You must go to the click & collect location, saying that you are coming to pick up an order, with the email confirmation and proof of ID. We will then give you your order as rapidly as possible.
We accept payments for click & collect orders by bank card or American Express.
For the shop, payments can be made by bank card, American Express or cash.
We accept order cancellations or modifications 72 hours (working days) before the pick-up date. Your request must be sent to our customer service team, via the contact form in the ‘Contact Us’ section. The amount paid will then be fully refunded.
We do not currently provide a delivery service.
Your orders are prepared by us, with great care taken for the packing of your pastries. The packaging is specially designed to make transport easier and avoid the pastries being damaged on their way to your home. However, we recommend that you transport the pastries as upright as possible, without making any sudden movements (some of our products are very fragile), within 1 to 1½ hours, depending on the temperature outdoors. If your journey is longer than this, we recommend that you pick up your order with an insulated cooler bag, in order to ensure that your pastries are kept at the ideal temperature.
Our “fresh” pastries must be kept in the refrigerator.
Our “dry” pastries can be kept in the open air. In any case, we recommend consuming them within 3 days.
The packaging is designed and custom-made so that the desserts do not break. We may not be held responsible for a transport problem (motorcycle, bicycle) or a person bumping into you in the metro. If it is caused by another problem, please contact us via the contact form.
